Pay attention to the difference, it’s important!


Want to know the secret to losing weight, staying lean, and being in good shape all year round? Read it again, make it your mantra.


Exercise is what you give your dog. A little walk around to burn off a bit of energy to stop them humping the cushions. Great for the cushions, not so great if you’re trying to change your body shape. Most people exercise, thinking they are training.


Diets, gonna come at this one straight, they don’t work. Stop it right now. Yes, you’ll do it for a week or so, lose some water weight, then get fed up of it and put it back on once you resume normality. Stop restricting yourself for 4 days, and going mental for the other 3. Trust me, the balance will never tip in favour of the 4.


So, onto what you need to change.


Training - this means getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. You will sweat, you will shake, there will be times you won’t want to do it, if it can be described as ‘pleasant’ chances are it’s doing sod all for you but wasting your time.


The #instafit girls trying to sell you a fatburn tea do not look like they do due to drinking tea. It’s due to the fact they train their instaarses off.


There is NO MAGIC FORMULA to this that does not involve HARD WORK.


The sooner you accept this and stop looking for the easy alternative, the sooner you can get to work.


Eating - this means FUELLING YOUR BODY in order to allow you to train and recover well. This means not restricting yourself to 1200 calorie diets. This means taking on enough protein according to your mass. It means choosing foods that will nourish you and give your body what it needs, rather than what your eyes want. It means being actively interested in eating well, learning to cook, understanding calories, and choosing actual foods over convenience replicas. (Our recipe books are a good start).


Learning the difference between exercise & training will cause you to approach eating properly. If you can crack this, you’ll never be ‘out of shape’ again. Yes, there’s a lot you’ll need to learn, but that’s what we’re here for. You won’t be on your own.
