FarmStrong - Tues 7.30pm / Fri 9am
FarmStrong is a strength-focused class designed for all levels, offering non-impact workouts that build strength, enhance metabolism, and promote resilience against injury. Learn proper weightlifting techniques and master variations of key movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows in a structured and supportive environment. This carefully programmed class allows you to progress at your own pace, helping you build strength and confidence week by week.
FarmPX - Weds 6.30pm
FarmPX is all about unlocking your athletic potential. These performance-driven workouts are designed to improve your speed, power, balance, coordination, and reaction time. Beginners Muay Thai - Fri 9am
Learn the basics of Muay Thai Boxing learning combinations of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows through bag work, pad rounds, and partner drills. An amazing way to get your cardio and conditioning done while learning some new skills in a safe, beginner friendly environment. All equipment is supplied so you can just get started!
